S&T Acquires Computacenter Austria

January 24 2005. Vienna. S&T System Integration & Technology Distribution AG with effect of 1.1.2005 takes over all shares of Computacenter GmbH, a company 100% owned by the London Stock Exchange listed Computacenter plc.

The IT Infrastructure specialist Computacenter GmbH in Vienna with 220 employees and an expected 2005 revenue of about EUR 60 Mio. is represented with offices in Vienna, Linz, Salzburg, Graz, Klagenfurt and Innsbruck.

With the acquisition of Computacenter, which ideally fits to the existing system integration business of S&T and the recently acquired T-Systems DSS, S&T further enlarges its presence in the IT Services markets in Austria and Central- and Eastern Europe.

Regarding the purchase price, the parties have agreed confidentiality. S&T will not need a capital increase for this transaction.

This transaction is subject to the authorization of the cartel authorities.
