Christian Rosner

Chief Executive Officer

		Christian Rosner, Chairman of the Management Board of S&T since January 2006, joined S&T in 2004 as Chief Operating Officer. He acquired his comprehensive expertise in the computer and telecommunications industry in management positions at Commodore Computer, Hewlett-Packard and Digital Equipment but also as CEO of EMTS and eTel Austria.

Martin Bergler
Chief Financial Officer

		Martin Bergler joined the company in 1998. As a member of the Management Board, he is responsible for corporate finances and administration. A trained business economist, he was CEO of Mazda Bank Austria AG, which also operates in Slovenia, Croatia and Hungary. Prior to this he worked as a financial specialist at the Girozentrale.

Georg Komornyik

Chief Operation Officer

Georg Komornyik has been with S&T since 2006 and was responsible for the region Germany, Austria, Switzerland. He started his career as a CIO (Frantschach, Frequentis), worked for T-Systems and later for IDS Scheer as a Managing Director for Austria.

Georg Komornyik will head the division “Business Solutions” (Consulting, Business Processes, SAP, Technology, Software Development) as a Chief Operating Officer (effective from January 1st, 2009).

Peter Sturz

Chief Operation Officer

Peter Sturz has been with S&T since 2007 managing the Adriatic Region (Slovenia, Croatia, Serbia, Montenegro, Macedonia, Bosnia-Herzegovina and Albania). Sturz began his career at Allgemeine Bausparkasse as a member of the board responsible for Sales, Marketing and IT. Before joining S&T he was as member of the managing board of CSC-Austria with responsibilities for Austria and Central Europe.

Peter Sturz will manage the division “Infrastructure Solutions” (Hard and Software, Networks, Server/Storage/Security Solutions, Outsourcing Services) as a Chief Operating Officer (effective from January 1st, 2009).

Karin Scasny

Group HR Director

In this position Karin Scasny has been responsible for the strategic fashioning of the S&T Group’s Human Resources (HR) division since 2006. She has worked in personal management since graduating in economics and gained an extensive range of experience in the positions she has held.

After positions in personnel consultancy and personnel development, she took over the personnel management of the Austrian subsidiary of Electronic Data Systems (EDS), an international technology services company. After this, Karin Scasny became head of Personnel and Communication with the Donau Chemie AG, before moving to S&T.
