S&T AG’s nominal share capital as a sum of the nominal value of the ordinary shares issued is 7,170,034. The nominal value of a share states the value to which that share participates equally in the nominal share capital. For 3,585,017 ordinary shares, the nominal value of an S&T share is 2 euro.

currently owns the largest proportion of shares in S&T AG, 29%, followed by Thomas Streimelweger, with 28% and the Capital Bank with 9%. This leave 34% of S&T shares in free float, a term which refers to shares which can be traded, i.e. the proportion that is not held by defined parties.
