Jiri Kostal has been the Managing Director of S&T CZ since 2003 and in addition he has been the Chairman of the Management Board of GCC Services since 2004. Before he came to S&T, Jiri had been employed in the IT field in the areas of sales management, strategic planning, operations management, ERP implementation and programming. He was amongst other things chief programmer with Skoda Pilsen as well as regional sales manager and general manager with ICL.

In ICT, S&T Czech Republic works mainly in the areas of business solutions, enterprise systems, managed services and customer support. In addition, S&T Czech Republic is also active in the medical solutions sector. As general representative of Philips Medical Systems (in a total of six countries – Czech Republic, Bulgaria, Romania, Croatia, Moldova, Slovakia) S&T offers a wide portfolio of medical devices: monitors, EKG machines, defibrillators, breathing devices, anaesthesia machines, ultrasound devices, computer tomography, magnetic resonance, angiography systems, infusion devices, automatic medication distributors and CytoCare robots.
