Your tasks and challenges

  • 2nd line support for customers – dedicated to onsite support activities
  • Providing of remote and/or onsite support
  • Microsoft desktop support
  • Basic application support
  • Basic HW support
  • IMAC services
  • Update, security and development of service activities for equipment, SW and servers

Your Profile

  • University degree or secondary school examination
  • Able to communicate in English and Slovak – active communication with customers
  • Experience in the field of PC&Peripheral maintenance
  • Experience in MS products support
  • Basic knowledge of LAN/WAN
  • Certificates: MCDST, MCDE or CCNA an advantage
  • Communication skills, reliability, eager to learn
