Key Account Manager Telecommunication & Utilities SectorYour tasks and challengesTo develop strategic business relationships with customers in order to maximize sales contribution.You will have involvement in the customer programs in order to achieve qualification approvals for new programs and revise existing programs. You will also have accountability to forecast current and future business opportunities and co-ordinate sales and program activities. Coordinate sales effort in order to attain sales in telecommunication and utilities sector. Enhance customer relations. Identify new customer programs and changes to existing programs. Assist in costing and pricing. Obtain forecasts from customers, input into internal systems and coordinate forecasts. Team with customers and management to effect efficient use of resources and on-time delivery to customer. Responsible for maximizing sales and profitability. Your ProfileMinimum of two years sales or sales support experience within the telecommunication & utilities sectorWill have a College degree in business, engineering or related field Can demonstrate strong Interpersonal skills to deal with external and internal customers Proven experience of professional presentation ability. Ability to manage various clients needs and demands.
