IBM Tivoli

In February 2007 S&T opened a Competence Centre for IBM Tivoli in Ljubljana (Slovenia) that offers the successful service provider's IBM Tivoli know-how. From this location, S&T’s Tivoli expertise is made available to all of the 22 countries where the S&T Group has a presence.

The Tivoli Competence Centre is responsible for proactive business, market development and respective training.

Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery

The CC BC/DR with its mission to streamline major Data Centre projects by structuring theme through a consultancy lead approach, has helped shape a number of complex BC/DR concepts and procedures for our customers.

Whilst activities focused on Telco and Finance verticals in the beginning, the number of engagements in Public Sector Projects has strongly increased ever since.

SAP Outsourcing Center

Outsourcing of IT is aimed at relieving its user from the activities that are not directly linked to his line of business.

For the client, apart from ensuring the stable and effective operation of IT, outsourcing also means easier and faster access to the use of up-to-date technologies, which may represent a significant competitive advantage.

HP Software

In collaboration with HP, the S&T Group have developed an OpenView Competence Center that creates an S&T OpenView best practice which will lead and inspire the whole organization, significantly increasing our technical and consultancy abilities regarding OpenView products.

The purpose of the Competence Center is to help sales people and OpenView technicians throughout the S&T Group to better understand and position OpenView products and provide them with the best technical and consultancy advice in order to comply with any client needs.

EMC Velocity2 Signature Solution Center

In June 2007 S&T and EMC jointly opened the first EMC Velocity2 Signature Solution Center in the EMEA region located in Slovenia.

The solution center simulates a customer’s specific environment to provide a real life experience of the possible benefits provided by EMC product and S&T solution offerings.

Cisco Security Competence Center

S&T and Cisco enjoy a long-term relationship; it is a partnership with significant and sustainable growth. The company is among the ten best Cisco partners worldwide. In 2004 S&T Hungary was awarded Cisco Gold Certified Partner status, and in 2007 S&T Hungary was recognized by Cisco as the worldwide Best Technology Partner in security.

In September 2007 S&T opened its Cisco Security Competence Center in co-operation with Cisco in Budapest/Budaörs. The Competence Center is focussed on the development of security solutions.

SAP Infrastructure Solutions Competence Center

The Competence Center (CC) will provide group-wide support for business development as well as consulting, proven solutions and implementation best practice in the area of ECM (Enterprise Content Management), SAP archiving, SAP infrastructure & security solutions on EMC² & IBM platforms.
