S&T Slovenia Receives Certification as an SAP Training Centre

SAP Training for Customers, Partners and Employees

S&T Slovenia, one of the S&T Group’s most successful subsidiaries has opened a SAP-authorised training centre in Ljubljana where customers, partners and also S&T staff will be trained in SAP Business Software solutions. The centre will also provide certification training for SAP consultants.

S&T is also one of the most successful SAP partners in Slovenia. The opening of the training centre in Ljubljana marks a new stage in the company’s expansion of its services portfolio in the SAP sector. Besides standard training courses, S&T Slovenia is now also authorised to conduct consultant academies and will facilitate the SAP certification tests. Clients who work with trained SAP consultants can rest assured that their expertise is always state-of-the-art thanks to SAP-recognised know how and integration in the SAP information network. “We have made it our goal to successively expand our services for SAP environments and to massively expand this business area throughout the entire Group. The takeover of SAP consultant IMG, which will be completed in March following approval by the anti-trust authorities, is also a major step in this direction. The initiatives and SAP competence of our subsidiaries play an equally important role. Slovenia is in the premier league as far as SAP is concerned,” said Christian Rosner, CEO of S&T AG.

Training Centre for the Entire Adriatic Region
In the medium term, the SAP training centre in Ljubljana is to become a training centre for the entire S&T Adriatic Region. As well as standard SAP user training for the complete SAP solutions portfolio, the centre will also offer specialised courses for logistics, financial services and personnel management. However, the S&T Group will also use the training centre for its own internal continuing education and further training programmes. Junior consultants in particular should be able to perfect their SAP skills here.

S&T in Slovenia
The S&T subsidiary in Slovenia is one of the largest country companies in the Group and is the local market leader in the system integration segment. S&T currently employs 360 people at four subsidiaries in Slovenia. The Slovenian IT market is already highly developed, but continues to report moderate growth.
