Growth Potential
As a part of E.ON Energie AG, E.ON Bulgaria has been involved with regional Bulgarian providers Varna and Gorna Oryahovitsa since the 67% takeover in February 2005. In the beginning of 2006, the company transferred 8% of its shares in both companies to EBRD.
