OQS Certification and Evaluation Ltd. has awarded ISO 9001:2000 certification to S&T Austria GmbH (formerly Computacenter / T-Systems DSS), the fast-growing subsidiary of S&T AG. The S&T Group is the leading provider of IT solutions and services and operates in 21 Central and Eastern European countries.

ISO 9000ff:2000 makes customer satisfaction the main criteria of the quality management system. It is used to measure fulfillment of customer requirements and the company's own needs. The uniform terminology laid down by ISO makes it possible to compare the quality standards of companies across the world.

This certification should safeguard the chances of S&T Austria in calls for major tenders and also permit the optimization of business processes.
