New CEO at S&T: Christian Rosner succeeds Karl Tantscher as of 1.1.2006

Christian Rosner, who has been a board member at S&T since the beginning of 2004, has already overseen the principal changes in the strategic positioning of the company. S&T's major entry into the Austrian Market, the expansion of the leading market position in former Yugoslavia and the enhanced focus on customer specific IT solutions and services for telecom, banking, manufacturing and government customers were all promoted by Christian Rosner.

Rosner can build on a multifaceted 25-year career which he developed in IT and telecom sectors (e.g., with Digital Equipment, Hewlett Packard, CWS and eTel). Rosner's vision is the seamless continuation of the S&T expansion policy, enhanced with a dash of aggressiveness on the market and in implementation speed.

S&T's presence in 21 countries with more than 1600 employees, built since 1993, thousands of customer relationships in telecom, utilities, banking and manufacturing industries, government and multinational accounts throughout Central and Eastern Europe are a priceless asset for the rapid growth of our company. We will further expand our management team during this year and tentatively plan a capital increase in the first quarter of 2006",
explains Rosner his short-term visions.

Karl Tantscher plans to sell some of his S&T shares in order to fulfil certain "personal dreams". Tantscher continues, however, to remain a core shareholder with approximately 5%.
