S&T System Integration & Technology Distribution AG starts Nearshoring Software Development Activities in Romania.
Excellent trained software development specialists with perfect language skills in English, German and French, competitive pricing and the same time zone make Nearshoring for Western European customers more attractive than Offshoring. Due to these advantages and a recent legislation which establishes tax incentives for software development activities in Romania, S&T has formed a specific Nearshoring group initially consisting of 20 highly skilled software development project managers.

At present this group is working to full capacity with projects for the Romanian market and other cross boarder projects for S&T subsidiaries. Negotiations have already started with Western European companies to provide these services at attractive price levels. By means of local subcontract-agreements the workforce can be flexibly enlarged in order to meet these growing demands.
